The 5th in its fleet, Queen of the West is the newest of the American Cruise Lines’ ships. The Queen of the West is in fact the first overnight paddlewheeler to be operated in the West in 80 years. It can carry 120 passengers, which will make your cruise relaxing and peaceful. Unlike the old fashioned versions which relied on a steam engine, this ship’s paddlewheel is operated by biodegradable hydraulic oil using its revolutionary and environmentally friendly hydraulic propulsion system.
