One of the most stunning locations in Alaska where you can find lots of jobs at any time of year is the Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. The Glacier Bay Park offers many different wonderful ecosystems including tide water glaciers, fjords, freshwater rivers and lakes, ocean coastlines, unique flora and fauna, hemlock forests, and more.

The animals that you can find at Glacier Bay National Park include plenty of marine life as this park is always closer than 30 miles to the coast and over fifth of the park is ocean. Humpback Whales, all kinds of fish, Minke Whales, Killer Whales, Dall’s Porpoises, Sea Lions, and Sea Otters are just some of the marine wildlife that you can see here. On land you will find lots of bears and moose, as well as wolves, coyotes, marmots, mountain goats, and more. In the Alsek River delta you will also find lynx, beavers, and snowshoe hares.

There are plenty of Alaska jobs that are available in this park such as working as a tour guide, being a fishing instructor, working in the gift shops or at the various lodges. There are also lots of kid’s activities here, so you can work as a child minder or educator.
