    The natural gas pipeline that is being developed in Alaska, Trans Canada, in accordance with Exxon Mobil, could soon be joined by BP-Conoco Phillips, which has a project called Denali running a pipeline to the Lower 48. There is a $40 billion budget for building the pipeline, so for a while it has been assumed that only one of the projects would be chosen anyway.     According to a recent survey, it seems as though the level of customer satisfaction for most airlines is improving with Southwest Airlines at the top of the list for the 17th year in a row. United Airlines brings up the rear. The survey was conducted by interviews with various passengers who were asked about the flight attendants, the food received and the overall flight experience. It seems as though the biggest problem people have with the airlines and flying in general are the fees that are now charged for items that were previously free, such as checked luggage.     Over the last 3 months, the number of oil rigs in North Dakota’s oil patch has increased by 25 percent. The overall number of oil rigs now operating in the patch is triple what it was a year ago, says the state Department of Mineral Resources. Could more North Dakota oil jobs become available?
